ERGONOMIC ALL POSITIONS

It’s clear, Ergobaby makes a great product.

They have been around for about 16 years and have designed and redesigned their products to fit the everyday mom and dad. But, is the price worth the gear? I say yes. But you have to be willing to spend this kind of money on a baby carrier which I just don’t think very many people will. Then again, I could be wrong.

Don’t take my word for it, let’s see what parents are saying. After going through review after review I have grabbed what I think are the best highlights of this carrier so you can get a feel for just how awesome it is. Here we go.

Parents are praising this carrier for its comfortability, versatility when fitting smaller babies, and lack of material. With the original Omni 360, you had to buy an insert to fit smaller babies. I’m sure parents didn’t like the additional cost considering how expensive it already was. Not having an insert also means that the baby will be cooler without the added padding.

The material is sturdy and made of high quality. It’s easier on backs and it supports your baby’s hips properly, which is a thing. It’s easy to use and it’s functional. It seems like over and over I read how comfortable this baby carrier is and how much better it is than other carriers. If I had to list everything I went through I would be repeating the same thing over and over again.

Literally, read this in one parent’s review:

I can go on and on but I want to stress to you, the good outweighs the bad here. It is a very good baby carrier and although I was hesitant in reviewing this product because of the price, I am now convinced that this is the go-to baby carrier and I wish I had one when my son was smaller. He’s too big now so I missed my chance.

What’s The Problem?

There were a few parents who were disappointed with the Ergonomic Baby Carrier. I’ve listed some of the complaints below that had parents irritated after purchasing such an expensive carrier.

Complaints made by parents who purchased this product through Amazon:

  • Velcro stops sticking causing the corner of the Velcro to stick up and snag onto shirts thus ruining the shirt.
  • Complicated design and can require constant adjustments especially if being used by more than one person, (i.e. both parents.)
  • Can be hard to get on without the help of another person.
  • Can sometimes feel uncomfortable.
  • Doesn’t fit every baby the same.
  • The strap on the back can be hard to close once the baby is inside.
  • Not user-friendly.
  • Not easy to keep the baby in an ergonomic position because of the shape of the carrier.
  • Can be uncomfortable for the baby.

As with all products, there will be a few that will find it to be impossible to handle. That’s a given, but personally, I think this baby carrier is worth every penny spent on it. When it comes to baby a cheap alternative isn’t always a better one. Do yourself a favor and try it before you knock it. This will probably be the baby carrier you’ve been searching for.

Protecting Your Investment

If you receive your product and you find a defect in the material or the product itself you always have the ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee.

What is the ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee?

The ErgoPromise™ Lifetime Guarantee covers all baby carriers (including hip seats and wraps) manufactured in 2017 and after and provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship for the lifetime* of the product. Ergobaby will provide a replacement part or replacement product at its discretion for any manufacturing defect in these products.

Along with the ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee, Amazon offers a protection plan for 2 or 3 years for an additional cost. If this baby carrier is something you envision yourself using on a daily basis and you think there is a chance it could get damaged I would opt for the additional protection plan.

The 2-year protection plan can be purchased for an additional 15.99 when you buy your Ergobaby 360 carrier and the 3-year protection plan is 21.99. It’s worth the extra considering the price you pay for this well-designed baby carrier.

So, What Do You Think? Is This The Baby Carrier For You?

I would love to know your thoughts on the Ergobaby Omni 360 All-in-One Carrier. Would you spring the 144 bucks or do you think the price is a little too extreme for your taste? Please share your thoughts or experience with this baby carrier below.
